In general the staff were very very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was set in a remote area right by the Airport and the 2 restaurants and ferry. It also was in the mountains.

All was good.

Clean hotel, appreciated to be so close to the main square, and ferry from Punta Arenas thanks to particularly good location. The staff was very kind and welcoming and responsive to requests. I booked a room with a nice bed, central heating, pay television, and coffee/tea making facilities. Was an excellent base for trip.

The hotel's location was great, right next to the ferry terminal and the city center. It was conveniently situated near two restaurants, making dining options easily accessible. - the hotel served as a convenient base for exploring the area, including being at a moderate distance from the southernmost museum.

Stayed in a wheelchair accessible room with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the mountains, everything was perfect for my needs.

The location of the hotel was great, being only two blocks away from the coastline and offering a beautiful view of the canal. The breakfast included was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of fruits, bread, cheese, and unlimited coffee and tea available all day. Another advantage was the nice and friendly staff, especially Mr. Jorge Sotto, who was very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

The accommodation was very basic and somewhat worn. The rooms were not well-maintained, with some being muffy and dirty, and it was evident that they lacked proper cleaning.

The staff was super friendly and patient, even when we were late for check-in due to a hailstorm. They stored our bags and did our laundry for free. The room was enormous, clean, and had great facilities. The owner even picked us up from the ferry dock at 1:30 am. The breakfast was available all day, allowing for a relaxing stay.

had an amazing time staying in puerto williams. forjadores del cabo de hornos was even better than before. friendly staff, spacious room, great bed, and delicious buffet breakfast. loved the all-day availability. the panoramic view from the upstairs lounge was breathtaking with the telescope.

Thin walls allowed noise from outside parties.
